Returns and Policies

Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged.

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you need to replace for the same item, please email tinyneststudio@gmail.com for return shipping address and more instructions. Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping.

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return of postage costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
